Payment of any order confirms approval of the T.O.S}BEFORE ORDERING
!I will not accept orders for unlisted items!The commissioned work of The OG RB, regardless of personal or commercial use, is not authorized to be converted, altered, etc for the use of Art Templates for personal or profit, Non-Fungible Token, AI Art Generators, etc.‣ Payment is only taken through invoice with email provided by the client
‣ Work begins when payment is received in full.
‣ Payment is due within 2-3 days of invoice delivery date. Date will always be present in your invoice.
‣Payments are only taken in USD.‣ Notify in advance of deadlines.
‣ Turn around can be between 2 weeks or 2 months.
‣ Past the 3 week mark clients may request completion within 1 week from that point on.The client is required to submit the following information for their order:
‣ Reference sheet/image (flat colors. No Shades)
‣ Information on desired pose, expressions, etc
‣ Extra images to reference from, including ms paint doodles, screencaps, etc

Please notify at the time of order if art will be used for merchandise purposesFor commercial work, in which art will be used for additional products such as merchandise, starts at 50% of the original price.
‣ Commercial charge may be subject to change based on use.

‣ Updates are given during the sketch phase, flat color & after shading
‣ It's encouraged for revisions to be requested during these times and limit sending multiple messages

‣ Upon delivery of the order, the client is no longer eligible to request edits, paid or otherwise. Please make sure thoroughly check your order when given the final check and before emote resizing._____________________________________________Repost, Reselling & Refunds
‣ The client may be given a repost copy of their order upon request.
‣ When reposting images, please provide creditReselling Art
‣ Art that is to be sold along with a character must be priced at less than 50% of the original priceRefund amount of a canceled in progress order is dependent on work done. The estimate amount given is based on the price the emotes alone.
‣ Sketch: %15 Per emote
‣ Flat: %30 Per emote
‣ Fully rendered emotes are not eligible for refund and will be delivered as usual
